Anyone familiar with the Nashville country-music scene will know the name Brad Paisley, however for those who aren’t let me give you a brief rundown on him: the man has sold over 12 million albums, won three Grammy Awards, 14 Academy of Country Music Awards, 14 Country Music Association Awards and two American Music awards. Not only that, but he’s even written songs for Pixar’s “Cars” franchise of films – to say he’s a big deal would be a huge understatement.

Constructed to Brad’s very particular specifications, and largely based around his favourite 1963 Telecaster, the Brad Paisley Signature Series is an eye-catching wonder of a guitar, that not only looks the part, but also feels and sounds full of that special Country Music mojo that you’d come to expect from an acclaimed Country-music superstar.

Excellent Tonewoods

The guitar itself as been constructed from a Paulownia core with a spruce top and back, which provides a solid, lightweight foundation that’s unusual for a vintage telecaster. It also presents an almost acoustic-like natural resonance to your sound.

High-Grade Electronics

Approved by Brad Paisley himself, the pickup configuration presented here includes a custom-wound ’64 Tele bridge pickup, providing you with that familiarly articulate country-twang. In the neck position there’s an excellent Fender Custom Shop “Twisted” Tele pickup that gives you just the right amount of warmth, helping to counteract the bridge-pickup’s twang when needed. The 3-way pickup selector allows you the choice of Bridge, Neck or a combination of both, depending on your tonal needs.

Enhanced “V” Neck Profile

Paisley’s fast-fingered playing style requires a guitar with a naturally comfortable neck, and this specially designed Enhanced “V” makes for the perfect companion. This neck profile is designed for a combination of supreme comfort and maximum playability, filling your hand at the nut end for accurate and comfortable chord-playing, whilst flattening out in the guitar’s upper registers to help with soloing.

Other Premium Appointments

In addition to the modern 9.5″ radius fingerboard and medium-jumbo frets (ideal for fast playing and big bends), the Brad Paisley Signature Telecaster is host to a number of juicy extras. The unique finish is referred to as “Silver Sparkle”, and has been given some road-worn finishing touches to give the impression of a well-used, well-loved instrument.
