• The Slash Collection – As one of the most iconic guitar players of the past four decades, Slash has amassed quite the collection of equally iconic guitars which have now been recreated by both Gibson and Slash for the awesome Slash Collection. In this case we have the beautiful Victoria, Slash’s famous 1950s Les Paul Standard Gold Top.
• Top-Notch Construction – For that classic Les Paul Standard playing experience, the Gibson Slash Victoria has been crafted with a non-weight-relieved, solid Mahogany back piece that’s been capped with a bound Maple top. In addition to this, the Mahogany neck has been crafted with a 50s Vintage “C” profile shape, and topped with a bound Rosewood fingerboard, making the vintage playing experience complete.
• Custombucker Pickups – To help recreate the much-loved sound generated by Gibson’s famed PAF humbuckers of the late 1950s, the custom-wound pickups on this guitar have been fitted with Alnico 2 magnets. In addition to this, the control pots have been hand wired with Orange Drop capacitors, to complete the guitar’s vintage tone.
• Rock-Solid Hardware – Holding it all together to ensure you sound at your very best with each and every performance is an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, Stop Bar tailpiece, and Graph Tech Nut. This hardware combines to deliver reliable tuning stability, along with accurate intonation and excellent levels of string vibration transference.
• Vintage-Style Hardshell Case Included – Gibson have included a stylish, vintage-style hardshell case with this guitar to keep it safe as you travel to and from shows.
