Constructing the Ibanez miKro Bass

The body of the Ibanez GSRM20 miKro bass is made from Poplar. This wood is known for its light weight and natural resonance which makes it ideal for a smaller bass guitar.

Attached to the body is a Maple neck holding a Jatoba fretboard with medium frets for easy playability. The shorter scale length of 28.6” makes it extremely comfortable for beginner bassists.

The GSRM20 miKro is equipped with a PJ pickup configuration, giving you a little bit of both Precision Bass and Jazz Bass setups.
