As part of arguably Rickenbacker’s most recognisable model range, the 330 has been a mainstay on the popular music circuit since its introduction in the late 1950’s, and is regularly associated with many key jangle-rock sounding guitar players from the 1960s and 1980s.

Premium-Grade Construction

An all-maple construction on the Rickenbacker 330 offers a bright foundation for the guitar’s tone, with plenty of natural sustain and top-end jangle.

In addition to this, the thick Rosewood fingerboard adds a natural warmth and harmonic richness to the guitar’s voice, whilst the matte black hardware is designed to offer increased tuning and intonation stability.

Exquisite Electronics

The high-output Single Coil pickups are designed along similar lines to the original Toaster pickups, only with a higher output that’s more suited to today’s musical needs.

In addition to each pickup have it’s own Volume & Tone controls, there’s a Blend control knob.

This knob has several different functions, such as acting as a tone blender between the pickups and as a general Bass and Treble EQ for the guitar.

It’s primary function though, is to act as a volume equaliser for the bass pickup, boosting the usually quieter pickup to be of a comparatively equal volume to its treble counterpart.
